At VaporFlow, we stand behind our products. If your product fails within its' warranty period, we will do what it takes to make it right.

Our product warranty is as follows:

All electronic cigarette starter kits and USB passthrough's carry a 14 day warranty. If any part of your kit fails within that 14 day period, please contact us for a replacement part.

Regular resistance atomizers (801,510,901) carry a 7 day warranty if used properly at 3.7v. Due to the high potential for abuse, low resistance atomizers carry no warranty.

All cartomizers (atomized cartdridge, or KR 808d-1 model) are only warranted against DOA (dead on arrival), due to their manufacturing specs as being purely "disposable".

All rechargeable lithium-ion batteries are covered only againt DOA. As each battery is tested before it is shipped to our customer, we cannot predict the failure rate of these cells since they are used to varying degrees by their owner.

All electronic cigarette batteries carry a 14 day warranty.

Battery chargers carry a full 30 day repair or replacement warranty.

As taste is subjective, we cannot offer a warranty on e-liquid.

For sanitary reasons, there is no warranty on drip tips.

All items carry a DOA warranty unless stated otherwise.

The buyer must pay shipping back to our facility for a warranty repair or exchange to take place.
